Spring Is Here — And So Are We
The snow has melted, the pastures are green again, and Cedar Creek Ranch is officially open for the 2026 season. Whether you’ve been coming out to see us for years or you’re planning your first visit, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you back.
What’s New This Year?
We’ve been busy over the winter getting things ready. The trails have been cleared and groomed, the animals at Pauly’s Petting Zoo are happy and healthy, and we’ve added a few new friends to the barn you’ll have to come meet in person.
Our horseback trail rides are running daily — no experience needed. Our guides will match you with the perfect horse and take you through some of the most beautiful scenery in LaSalle County. It’s the kind of thing that makes you forget you’re only an hour and a half from Chicago.
Perfect for Families
Looking for something to do with the kids this spring? Between the petting zoo, fishing ponds, and our controlled rides for younger riders, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Pack a lunch, spend the day, and let the kids run around somewhere that isn’t a screen.
